She began her career in the highly competitive mortgage banking industry in the early 80's, gaining in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of mortgage products. Leveraging her expertise in financing allows her to find the optimal financing solutions for her clients. In the early 90’s, Linda found that her increasing interest in all things real estate led her to become a Florida Licensed Realtor. As a lifelong Floridian, Linda's comprehensive knowledge of South Florida neighborhoods enables her to efficiently and effectively target areas to match a buyer's desired family lifestyle goals and needs. Linda’s extensive knowledge of real estate combined with her enjoyment of working with all aspects of the industry led to the next logical step - purchasing investment properties. This venture began the acquisition of a wide variety of properties where Linda gained a great deal of experience with property rehabilitation, construction, leasing, and value creation. Linda is currently licensed by the State of Florida as a Real Estate Broker and was previously a Mortgage Broker for 25+ years.
